Role Overview

We are on the hunt for an AI Developer who is well-versed in Generative AI and Data AI. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated intelligent solutions using cutting-edge machine learning models. The successful candidate will have substantial hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI systems. You will be pivotal in creating scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI Solutions: Design and implement applications using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and Claude, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Data AI Development: Construct and optimize data-driven AI models for analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support.
• RAG Pipelines: Develop workflows using vector databases like FAISS and Pinecone for improved contextual accuracy.
• AI/ML Infrastructure: Deploy and manage AI workloads on prominent cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, employing MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Integration & APIs: Build APIs and microservices that effectively integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Security & Compliance: Uphold responsible AI practices, including bias detection, PII handling, and auditability.
• Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multi-agent AI orchestration and agentic workflows.

• Exposure to AI safety testing (hallucination detection, toxicity validation, bias mitigation).

• Prior work in enterprise-scale AI deployments with measurable business impact.

• Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
