Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning. As a key member of our AI team, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems leveraging large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. You will work on real products used by businesses—not internal tools or demos—and see your ideas go live within days. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI-driven features using LLMs and OpenAI APIs.
• Build and maintain vector databases and implement RAG pipelines for information retrieval and generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to define AI product requirements.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and integrate relevant advancements into our stack.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Debug, test, and deploy AI models into production.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Python, SQL
• AI/ML Frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow/PyTorch (preferred)
• LLMs: OpenAI API, GPT-4, GPT-4o, open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral)

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Vector search, embedding models, prompt engineering

• 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency with LLMs and OpenAI API
