Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building robust APIs, integrating large language models (LLMs), and contributing to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows. You will write clean, maintainable Python code, support deployments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI features from concept to production. As your experience grows, so will your ownership and the complexity of the systems you build.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI/ML models into production systems.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows for real-world business applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to deployment automation (CI/CD), containerization (Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and senior engineers to define technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
