Role Overview

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This position is ideal for passionate individuals who are eager to work on next-generation AI technologies. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to create production-ready AI systems that significantly impact industrial and educational applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Develop and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and integrate Agentic AI workflows and intelligent autonomous AI Agents.
• Create Shared Memory APIs and integrate Vector Databases.
• Collaborate on AI applications tailored for Semiconductor, Education, Sales, and HR domains.
• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and robustness of software solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, model evaluation, and overall performance optimization.
• Engage with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and implement best practices in the development process.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in:

  • Artificial Intelligence

• Proficiency in at least one of the programming languages:
