Role Overview

As an Architect at TDD Interiors, you will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and translating them into detailed drawings and layouts. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless design coordination from concept to execution. Your role will involve material selection, design review, and regular site visits to ensure that project requirements, quality standards, and timelines are met. This is an ideal position for an architect with a strong foundation in design software and a passion for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project briefs.
• Prepare comprehensive layouts, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with external consultants, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and vendors to integrate design elements.
• Assist in material and finish selections, ensuring feasibility, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
• Review and revise drawings to resolve design-related issues and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor design execution, quality, and compliance with drawings.
• Ensure all designs meet project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with the interior design team to maintain design coherence across all project phases.
• Stay updated on the latest materials, construction techniques, and design trends.

Tech Stack

• AutoCAD – Essential for preparing layouts and detailed drawings.
• SketchUp – Advantageous for 3D modeling and concept visualization.
• 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) – Preferred for rendering and presentation.
• Other design software such as Revit or Rhino is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction details, and building standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in architecture, interior design, or interior fit-out projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, or other design software is an added advantage.
• Excellent design sensibility, communication skills, and attention to detail.
