We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen our B2B presence and develop business across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and the wider NCR market for Australia and New Zealand travel products.
Pacific Pearl Holidays is a well-established Destination Management Company (DMC) specialising exclusively in Australia and New Zealand. The company partners with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients across India to provide a wide spectrum of services including FIT holidays, customised itineraries, group tours, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), incentive travel, educational tours, and comprehensive ground-handling solutions. With a strong focus on quality and relationships, Pacific Pearl Holidays has built a reputation as a trusted DMC for outbound travel to the South Pacific region.
We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts across Delhi NCR, including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. This is a field-based role that requires regular face-to-face interaction with travel agents and tour operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and strengthening Pacific Pearl Holidays' presence as a preferred DMC for Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the Delhi NCR travel trade who enjoys being in the market and building long-term partnerships.
This is a field-sales role. The candidate should be comfortable travelling extensively across Delhi NCR to meet travel agents and may occasionally travel to other markets in North India for sales visits, roadshows, and trade events. Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel sales, B2B travel, outbound tourism, DMC sales, or a related travel industry role. Existing relationships with travel agents across Delhi NCR will be a strong advantage. Experience selling international destinations or working with an outbound travel company/DMC is preferred. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Comfortable spending a significant amount of time in the market visiting travel agents. Self-motivated and capable of managing an assigned sales territory independently. Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email and CRM/reporting systems. Good written and spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand as travel destinations will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Graduate preferred; however, relevant travel industry experience will be given greater importance.
Opportunity to represent an established Australia & New Zealand DMC. Fixed salary based on experience. Performance-based incentives. Reimbursement of approved local and outstation travel expenses. Product and destination training for Australia and New Zealand. Support from reservations, costing and operations teams. Opportunity to develop and manage a key B2B market. Long-term career growth opportunities.
