Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by expanding our distribution network and developing new markets for our products. The ASM will be responsible for increasing primary sales and fostering strong relationships with our distributors, dealers, and electricians. A deep understanding of the electrical industry is essential, as is a proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence of Diamond Modular products.
• Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth, focusing on business development and new customer acquisition.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and electricians to facilitate sales and boost product visibility.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to monitor sales activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align regional policies with the overall objectives of the company.
• Engage in promotional activities and ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively communicated to clients.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to represent the company and promote products.
