Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a pivotal role in managing sales operations within Maharashtra and Goa. This full-time position demands a dynamic leader who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, forge and nurture relationships with key clients, and actively participate in market research. The ASM will be held accountable for achieving sales targets while consistently analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement, ultimately leading to enhanced team performance and growth in the specified regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique demands of the Maharashtra and Goa markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the HoReCa sector.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs, aligning them with the company's offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, driving revenue growth.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and sales data to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement.
