Role Overview

We are hiring an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our core AI team. This is not a typical AI role where you are several layers removed from the product. You will work directly with the founders, contribute to core AI and product decisions, and have the opportunity to build systems from the ground up. This role offers substantial technical ownership and the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems with a focus on Large Language Models, Agentic workflows, Voice AI, and Multimodal reasoning.
• Build and optimize Agentic AI pipelines that can reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously.
• Implement multimodal AI solutions that integrate text, voice, and visual data for richer user interactions.
• Work on Voice AI systems, including speech recognition, synthesis, and natural language understanding.
• Take end-to-end ownership of AI features — from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product requirements, technical roadmaps, and AI strategy.
• Ensure models are production-ready in terms of latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Stay current with the latest research and tools in AI/ML, and apply state-of-the-art techniques to business problems.

Tech Stack

• Languages: Python, TypeScript (or similar).
• Frameworks/Libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• AI/ML Areas: Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Voice AI (speech recognition, TTS), Multimodal reasoning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Infrastructure & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git.
• Data: Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), SQL, NoSQL, data pipelines.
• Monitoring & Ops: Prometheus, Grafana, MLflow, model serving (e.g., TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving).

Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
