Role Overview

As the Associate Director of Sales, you will be pivotal in driving the sales strategy for Calsoft's outsourced product development services. This role demands a hands-on approach in managing teams to meet predefined revenue targets while fostering collaboration across technical and presales teams. You will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with both short and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts, focusing on building relationships with potential clients and driving sales.
• Define and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and presales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Manage the sales process, including qualification of leads, proposal creation, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, particularly at the CTO and VP Engineering levels.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive strategic adaptations.
• Foster a high-performance sales team environment to meet and exceed productivity targets.

Salary

₹2,08,333 - ₹3,33,333 per month

• Around 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in product engineering services.
• Strong technological knowledge and interest, specifically in areas like Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Telecom, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI/ML/Analytics, Digital Product Engineering.
• Proven experience in developing and managing sales opportunities from qualification to closing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with team handling capabilities.
• Must have worked in India-based product engineering environments.
• Capability to create and sustain relationships at CTO/VP Engineering levels.
