Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our product engineering team. This role is crucial for driving the development of AI-powered accelerator platforms, products, and enterprise solutions. Ideal candidates include recent MBA graduates who are passionate about technology, Artificial Intelligence, and product management. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and contribute towards the successful delivery of groundbreaking AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop AI-powered platforms, products, and enterprise solutions.
• Assist Product Leaders in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct thorough customer research to identify business challenges and user needs.
• Define product use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria while maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
• Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful feature delivery.
• Work with the marketing team to conduct market research and competitive analysis, contributing to effective product positioning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in creating product documentation, presentations, and materials for go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• MBA (First Class) from a reputed Business School, completed in 2025 or later.
• Specialization in one or more of the following: IT Management, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analytics/Analytics.
• Strong interest in Product Management and Enterprise Technology.
• AI certifications, preferably in Generative AI, and good understanding of:
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Agentic AI
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI Agents and Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
