Role Overview

As an Associate/Senior Associate in the Community team, you will play an essential role in enhancing the member experience and supporting the operational excellence of WeWork locations. Your contributions will be pivotal in fostering a welcoming community environment, driving service offerings, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This position requires a proactive individual who enjoys engaging with members and providing excellent hospitality, acting as the face of WeWork.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Create a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere for members through events and relationship-building initiatives. Assist in community initiatives designed to connect members, including introductions and event support.
• Operational Support: Ensure that the facility is fully operational, overseeing daily processes and addressing member needs efficiently. Facilitate onboarding processes for new members, manage move-ins and move-outs, and distribute welcome packets.
• Membership Management: Address member-related inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct one-on-one member check-ins to gather feedback to enhance community cohesion.
• Events Management: Plan, organize, and execute both internal and external community events, from set-up to breakdown. Create promotional materials and communication strategies to support events and keep members informed of upcoming activities.
• Building Operations: Maintain a clean, well-kept space, manage operational challenges, and ensure budget adherence on consumable orders. Field requests through the ticketing system, manage keycard activations, and support third-party teams as needed.
