Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate UI/UX & Brand Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our creative team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a designer who has a solid foundation in graphic design and UI/UX, and who is eager to take on diverse projects across branding, marketing creatives, and digital interfaces. You will work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually compelling designs that align with business objectives. The position offers exposure to B2B SaaS clients, modern design technologies, and hands-on involvement in the entire design lifecycle—from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities

Creative & Graphic Design

• Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Create brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in developing branding assets including logos, brand identity elements, and visual guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
• Apply strong principles of typography, layout, color, and composition in every design.

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure responsive and mobile-first design principles are followed.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Assist in maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.

Multimedia (Added Advantage)

• Edit short marketing videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Create basic motion graphics and simple animations using After Effects.
• Support multimedia projects with visual enhancements and creative assets.

Branding & Creative Thinking

• Understand and follow brand guidelines while creating marketing materials.
• Apply basic color psychology, typography, and visual storytelling principles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Support senior designers in presenting concepts and implementing client feedback.

Productivity & Modern Design Approach

• Deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, AI design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Learn and adopt efficient workflows to improve productivity and design quality.
• Continuously enhance design skills through research and experimentation.

Tech Stack

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD
• AI-Powered Design Tools: Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney (preferred)
• No-Code Design Platforms: Exposure to no-code tools is an advantage
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Premiere Pro, After Effects

1–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney). Basic understanding of branding fundamentals, typography, layout, color theory, UI/UX best practices, responsive and mobile-first design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects. Good communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree required. English proficiency required. Must be able to commute/relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana.
