Role Overview

As an ATM Field Service Engineer, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of ATMs, from pre-installation and setup to ongoing maintenance and repair. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that ATMs are functioning properly to minimize downtime and to train clients on ATM usage. This role requires a high level of technical aptitude as well as strong customer service skills to address client concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of ATMs, ensuring successful installation, ongoing maintenance, and rapid repairs.
• Train clients on the effective use of ATM machines to enhance their operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime for clients.
• Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the customer support and R&D teams for complex issues requiring additional technical insights.

Salary

• ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month.

Work Location

This position requires in-person work in various locations, including Dharbanga, Purnia, Chennai, Thrissur, Madurai, Coimbatore, Kannur, Manipur, Bengaluru, and Ranchi.

• Valid 2-wheeler license and access to a motorbike for travel to various ATM locations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive approach in handling complaints and scheduling maintenance.
• Experience working in a technical or engineering role is preferred.
