Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team focusing on automation testing primarily in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and implementing test automation frameworks, ensuring the delivery of superior quality to our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks using JavaScript-based technologies.
• Conduct both automation and manual testing for web applications and insurance platforms.
• Utilize AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI to enhance testing efficiency.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts alongside regression suites to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to facilitate high-quality releases.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Contribute towards test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the testing processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in JavaScript-based test automation.
• Hands-on expertise in automation framework design and maintenance.
• Experience with manual and automation testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI, etc.).
• Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Ability to work independently and lead testing activities.
