Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding our private label manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in B2B sales and demonstrate the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients across different sectors. You will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities while ensuring a seamless integration of client requirements with our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire B2B clients for private label manufacturing, specifically targeting retail chains (both national and regional), modern trade, e-commerce brands, and institutional buyers.
• Generate new business opportunities through thorough market research, effective networking, and diligent client outreach efforts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, which includes lead generation, prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client requirements, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively for client meetings, business development initiatives, and market expansion across multiple regions.
