Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the seamless interchange of data between the server and users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from front-end applications. You will build robust, secure, and scalable solutions using Node.js and Express.js, working extensively with both NoSQL and SQL databases. This role is ideal for a backend specialist who is comfortable working with MVC architecture, thrives on solving complex technical problems, and is passionate about writing optimized, secure, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring smooth data interchange between the server and end users.
• Define, design, and maintain the central database architecture using MongoDB or MySQL, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and scalability.
• Architect, develop, and refine MVC (Model-View-Controller) based code structures that adhere to industry best practices and promote code reusability.
• Implement comprehensive security features across applications and components, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization, to protect against vulnerabilities.
• Apply advanced code optimization techniques to enhance application speed, reduce latency, and improve overall system performance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the technology stack, employing strong defect resolution processes to minimize downtime and user impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers using agile project management and confluence tools such as JIRA, Trello, or YouTrack.
• Build supportability features that proactively reduce software defects, improve observability, and simplify maintenance in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, networking fundamentals, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with tools related to code quality, memory and CPU profiling, and debugging to ensure high standards of software reliability.
