As a Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable backend systems that are resilient and perform at high efficiency. What You Need to Bring

• Experience: 4-6 years of engineering experience resolving real-world scaling challenges.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Go, Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Fundamentals: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• System Design: Proven ability to design scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
• Educational Background: Tier-1 engineering degree or substantial relevant experience.
