Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Backend Sales Executive to join our sales team in Chennai. This role is crucial for driving revenue through effective tele-calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hardware or software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals over the phone. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth product demonstrations and implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through tele-calling and market research
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT hardware solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management
• Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and post-sale support
• Stay updated on product portfolio and competitive landscape
