Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join the MEP Team at Axium Global’s delivery center located in Andheri, Mumbai, or Pune. This role requires collaboration with a diverse team of skilled professionals, including BIM designers and MEP engineers. The primary responsibility will involve creating accurate and detailed 3D models of electrical systems for a variety of projects, collaborating with leading MEP design consulting firms from countries such as the UK, USA, Australia, and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical systems, focusing on components such as lighting designs, power distribution networks, fire alarm systems, and more.
• Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary coordination and conflict minimization.
• Create construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications that adhere to industry standards and align with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolution utilizing BIM software, proactively identifying and addressing conflicts prior to construction commencement.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and architects to comprehend project needs, providing technical support throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Ensure compliance of all electrical designs with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards, and conduct necessary reviews and revisions of models and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

• BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
