Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Quality Checker with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that Building Information Models (BIM) meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in BIM workflows, Revit, and Navisworks, who can perform thorough quality checks and collaborate effectively with project teams to maintain quality across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive QA/QC checks on BIM models and associated drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Review model geometry, data integrity, and compliance with client-specific requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks to identify and resolve interferences between disciplines.
• Identify and rectify modeling errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Ensure all models comply with company standards, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and project-specific guidelines.
• Generate detailed quality audit reports and communicate findings to project teams, facilitating timely corrections.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers to maintain model consistency and coordination.
• Stay updated on evolving BIM standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

3+ years of BIM experience in Architecture, Structure, or MEP projects. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and model coordination.
