Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Builder & Developer Acquisition Manager to lead the acquisition and onboarding of real estate builders and developers onto the Tity Property platform. This is a high-impact sales and business development role that involves identifying prospective developers, establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and onboarding new projects. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate developer relationships and B2B sales, with a strong network in the Hyderabad market.

Key Responsibilities

• Builder & Developer Acquisition – Identify and target leading builders and developers; build a strong pipeline of prospective partners; conduct meetings and presentations with senior decision-makers; propose suitable Tity Property solutions; develop long-term strategic relationships.
• Project & Inventory Acquisition – Identify upcoming and existing real estate projects; coordinate with developers to collect project information, inventory, pricing, specifications, approvals, and marketing materials; ensure accurate listing and activation.
• Business Development & Revenue – Generate revenue opportunities from builder partnerships; promote premium listings, project promotions, digital marketing, and lead-generation solutions; negotiate commercial terms and pricing; achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Relationship Management – Build relationships with MDs, Directors, CEOs, and sales/marketing heads of real estate companies; maintain regular communication with existing partners; ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
• Market Development – Research the Hyderabad real estate market; identify emerging builders, projects, and opportunities; monitor competitor platforms; develop territory-wise acquisition plans.
• Team Coordination – Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to execute campaigns and resolve partner issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Builder Acquisition, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong existing network among builders and developers is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and commercial closing skills.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage B2B clients.
• Strong relationship-management capabilities.
• Good understanding of the real estate market and developer ecosystem.
• Experience using CRM and sales management tools.
