Role Overview

The Business Analyst (MIS & Excel) will play a crucial role in supporting the senior management by providing insights derived from data analysis and preparation of management information systems (MIS). The candidate will work onsite in Noida and should possess strong analytical skills, particularly with tools like MS Excel. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports that summarize important metrics and KPIs for the management team.
• Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret business, sales, and operational data, delivering actionable insights for the organization.
• Dashboard Creation: Create visually appealing and functional dashboards using advanced Excel features that effectively display key information and support decision-making.
• Database Management: Maintain robust and accurate databases, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout all reporting processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Connect regularly with teachers and academic professionals to collect and verify information and maintain a database that supports overall business objectives.
• Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and to maintain comprehensive communication records that enhance collaboration across departments.
• Support Decision Making: Prepare insightful reports that assist management in making informed, data-driven decisions that align with strategic goals.
