Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to act as a pivotal link between business needs and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, ideal for individuals with a passion for ensuring business alignment with tech strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to meet project and product objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize key product features.
• Draft and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow documentation.
• Work closely with development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to guarantee accurate and timely deliverables.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability.
• Drive product-oriented analyses to identify areas for enhancement and process optimization.
• Contribute to upholding organizational standards for Business Analysts, ensuring best practices and governance are followed.
• Support the standardization of documentation, templates, and BA processes across various projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
