Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who possesses a rich blend of functional banking knowledge and QA expertise to enhance our Core Banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the banking domain and must hold an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution. This role demands strong analytical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing of core banking systems to ensure their robustness and reliability.
• Design test scenarios and cases, executing end-to-end validation for various banking workflows including Accounts, Loans, Payments, and Deposits.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to clarify requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Utilize tracking tools like JIRA/ALM for defect management, tracking issues throughout the software development lifecycle until resolution.
• Prepare and present detailed test status reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in testing progress.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and facilitate stakeholder walkthroughs to gather feedback effectively.

Salary

Requirements

• Education: MBA in Finance from a reputed institution (mandatory).
• Experience: 2-4 years in QA/Testing within the banking domain.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems (Finacle, Flexcube, T24, or similar).
  • Understanding of banking products and financial processes.
  • Hands-on QA experience across STLC/SDLC.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good-to-Have:
  • Exposure to API and Automation testing.
  • Experience in Agile projects.
