Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships within the AEC/BIM industry. This role demands a results-driven professional with demonstrated experience in selling software services and solutions. You will be a critical player in driving revenue growth across both domestic and international markets, significantly impacting the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities specifically in the AEC/BIM domain, which includes Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
• Sell software services like BIM consulting, BIM modeling, digital transformation, and custom software solutions.
• Lead generation through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, partnerships, and networking within the industry.
• Understand and analyze client requirements to propose tailored software and BIM-based solutions that align with their business needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, manage negotiations, and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project implementation and handover.
• Build and sustain robust long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Monitor and manage sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on AEC industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness.
• Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
