Sanctera Biomaterials is an advanced Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) located in Noida, specializing in EU-grade Marine Collagen, Tripeptides, and premium biomaterial formulations. We cater to top-tier D2C wellness, skincare, and sports nutrition brands and are looking to build our revenue engine to further accelerate our growth.

Role Overview

We are in search of a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who is proactive in establishing connections and closing pilot manufacturing contracts. This position is not for someone who waits for leads; it is for a hunter who is committed to building and expanding their own pipeline within the B2B sector. The successful candidate will work directly with D2C founders, procurement heads, and pharmaceutical OTC divisions to drive sales and secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales: Identify, pitch, and close contract manufacturing deals with mid- to high-tier D2C wellness and cosmetic brands across India.
• Pipeline Generation: Conduct aggressive cold outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to brand founders and CEOs, continuously seeking new business opportunities.
• Value Pitching: Clearly articulate our core differentiators including single-source purity, high gross margins, and rapid speed-to-market capabilities.
• Deal Structuring: Negotiate pricing tiers and secure advance payments (ranging from 50% to 100%) for pilot manufacturing runs.
• Client Success: Act as a crucial liaison between our B2B clients and our Noida production facility, ensuring effective communication regarding formulation specifications and delivery timelines.

Salary

₹35,000 - ₹60,000 per month

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Prior experience in Nutraceutical, Cosmetic, Contract Manufacturing, or active ingredients is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be comfortable pitching to startups and corporate executives.
