Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager who possesses outstanding business acumen and a strong ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to convert strategic conversations into long-term partnerships and revenue streams. This role is essential for driving growth within the cybersecurity sector, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our reach in both India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities across Cybersecurity Services, SAP GRC, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Cloud Security, and related solutions.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract closure, and account growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Risk & Compliance Leaders, and Procurement Heads across markets.
• Build a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic hunting, networking, referrals, and effective engagement.
• Sell a comprehensive portfolio of cybersecurity consulting services and strategic advisory offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and position tailored cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals and deliver compelling solution presentations that address the client’s unique challenges.
• Negotiate pricing models and commercial agreements that yield profitable business outcomes while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit thought leadership by staying current with emerging cybersecurity trends and compliance regulations.
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation and negotiation skills at all organizational levels to influence key decision-makers.
• Show relentless passion for winning new business and exceeding revenue expectations while fostering long-term relationships.
• Candidates with established networks in enterprise decision-makers and a history of selling Cybersecurity solutions, SAP GRC, PAM, Security Consulting, or Enterprise Software/Services will be prioritized.

• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
