Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for West and North India, you will be pivotal in expanding Tipwood®'s market presence by forging strong relationships in the construction ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness through direct engagement with stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Lead initiatives to drive business growth in the regions assigned, focusing on developing relationships with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, builders, and design firms. Your ability to connect with stakeholders will be vital in generating product awareness and securing project specifications.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to enhance Tipwood's regional market penetration. You will actively identify and onboard new partners while supporting existing ones to ensure their success.
• Sales Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, documenting customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance. Coordination with the Head Office for marketing campaigns, event management, and promotional activities is part of this role, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
• Brand Representation: Serve as a representative of Tipwood® to communicate the benefits and differentiation of our sustainable building materials. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through market travels and engagements in an efficient manner.
• Skills Required: Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a self-driven and customer-focused approach, and readiness to travel frequently. Experience or exposure to selling building materials or in architecture-related fields would be a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi and other regional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated regions.
