Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Pune, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Digital Marketing services and/or Technical IT projects to B2B clients.

In this role, you will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service portfolio. Your previous experience shall be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and technical project sales such as web development and software solutions.
• Generate leads through various channels, including outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events.
• Understand and assess client requirements to propose tailored digital marketing or technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from the initial contact to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and ensure successful project onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline and stay current on industry trends.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide market feedback for product improvement.

Salary

The salary offered for this position is ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Prior experience in selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing) is mandatory.
  • Experience handling technical IT project sales (web/app development, SaaS, software solutions) is highly preferred.
• Core Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
