Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Business Development Manager who has a robust background in HVAC ducting systems. The individual must possess a comprehensive network with HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and governmental organizations. This role chiefly involves augmenting DUCTTECH’s market footprint, securing approvals from consultants, generating new business prospects, and achieving defined sales objectives within the Delhi NCR territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development and sales efforts for the HVAC ducting systems.
• Cultivate inquiries from architects, HVAC consultants, PMC firms, and contractors.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined.
• Acquire Make List approvals from various stakeholders encompassing consultants and government bodies.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with leading HVAC professionals and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to maintain engagement with consultants, contractors, builders, and developers.
• Identify forthcoming HVAC projects, transforming these into viable business prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal submissions including estimation, design, and project execution.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, adeptly negotiate contracts, and facilitate order closures.
• Engage in technical presentations and exhibitions to promote the brand.
• Monitor competitive activities, market trends, and established pricing strategies.
• Ensure prompt payment collections and foster strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Tech Stack

• Knowledge of ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, CPWD specifications
• Familiarity with HVAC design drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in HVAC ducting or air distribution product sales.
• Existing professional network with major consultants and HVAC contractors in Delhi NCR.
• Experience in introducing new brands into consultant-approved make lists.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to close high-value orders.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR and nearby regions.
• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Knowledge of ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, CPWD specifications, and HVAC standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
