Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Manager to integrate our operational, marketing, and business development strategies within our healthcare organization. This is a versatile leadership role that requires a generalist approach; responsibilities will span various functions on a day-to-day basis. Ideal candidates will have the experience managing teams and processes and will appreciate the meaningful, hands-on nature of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the 100-Day Program, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to clients.
• Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, resolving breakdowns before they escalate into client problems.
• Develop, implement, and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor operational metrics, proactively addressing issues as they arise.

Digital Marketing

• Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors across various channels, including social media and content marketing.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, track deliverables, and assess return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with internal teams on content creation based on client feedback and preferences.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights from data.

Business Development

• Help spearhead growth initiatives, including corporate wellness partnerships and doctor referral programs.
• Assist the founder in identifying new business opportunities and represent the company in external discussions as needed.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM or any management graduate from a reputed institution

Experience:

• 3–4 years of work experience in business operations, marketing, or a general management role.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or consumer services is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Candidates returning after a career break are encouraged to apply if they have relevant experience.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong vendor management skills.
• Structured thinking to convert ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Comfortable with reading and interpreting reports.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, or women's lifestyle is a plus.

• Competitive salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month.
