Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to support our Customer Experience organization. This role is crucial in combining Order Management, Customer Operations, Business Analytics, and Process Automation. The primary focus will be managing SLA-based customer orders and contracts within the SAP environment while providing data-driven insights through Power BI reporting and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing customer experiences and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management & Customer Operations

  • Manage end-to-end SLA order processing within SAP Fiori.
  • Process purchase orders, create and maintain SLA contracts, and support billing setup.
  • Validate pricing, contract terms, and billing details against approved quotations.
  • Resolve order, contract, and billing discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Contract teams to facilitate timely and accurate order execution.
  • Ensure system accuracy and data integrity within SAP.

• Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focusing on sales performance, order backlog, SLA contract performance, billing analysis, and customer experience metrics.
  • Analyze comprehensive data from SAP, CRM systems, and other business applications to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.

• Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives leveraging Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Contribute to AI-driven solutions that improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
  • Support efforts in process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, IT, and Contract teams to support global operations across multiple regions.

• BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA
• 2–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Business Operations, and Customer Experience Operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP; SAP Fiori experience preferred
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across global teams
