Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Applications Engineer to join our team. This role is centered on providing top-notch support for SolidWorks products, contributing to customer satisfaction and successful product utilization. As a crucial player within our technical support unit, you will engage directly with customers, helping them overcome challenges and maximize the effectiveness of their design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or web portal, assisting with SolidWorks-related challenges.
• Manage service requests and software performance reports, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for new users on SolidWorks products, fostering a robust understanding of the software.
• Perform on-site visits to customer locations as required for hands-on support and training.
• Collaborate with the sales team to accurately assess and meet customer requirements.
• Participate in product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities of SolidWorks.
• Research solutions and create knowledge base articles for common inquiries and technical problems.

This role is a full-time opportunity, offering a salary starting from ₹15,000 per month. Successful candidates will have the chance to achieve various SolidWorks certifications, enhancing their professional profiles while contributing to our valued clients.

• 1-3 years of engineering design experience in a design environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems, specifically SolidWorks; familiarity with Pro/ENGINEER or Inventor is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
