Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the strategic financial leader within the organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director and the Board of Directors. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the overall financial strategy of JC Global, which includes optimizing business operations for rapid growth, overseeing manufacturing expansions, and managing beneficial relationships with investors. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in various aspects of financial management including manufacturing finance, M&A, investor relations, treasury management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• IPO Readiness & Capital Markets

  • Drive initiatives to prepare the organization for IPO and financial restructuring.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as investment bankers, auditors, and legal advisors to ensure compliance.

• Strategic Finance & Business Leadership

  • Formulate and execute the company's long-term financial strategy.
  • Foster sustainable EBITDA growth while optimizing profitability through innovative financial planning and control systems.

• Fund Raising & Project Finance

  • Orchestrate debt and equity funding and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and private equity funds.
  • Structure the financing for expansion projects and oversee treasury operations.

• Investor Relations & M&A

  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective investors and lead negotiations for private equity investments.
  • Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances, ensuring smooth integration post-transaction.

• Manufacturing & Plant Finance

  • Supervise manufacturing finance including cost management and plant profitability analyses.
  • Monitor P&L to drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives across multi-location operations.

• Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and develop frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead efforts in ESG and sustainability finance strategies.

• Digital Finance Transformation

  • Initiate and drive digital transformation projects related to financial operations, including ERP and financial analytics tools.

• Mandatory experience:
  • 18–25+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 5–10 years as CFO or similar positions.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or processing industries and business expansion.
