Role Overview
The Cluster Manager role is pivotal in ensuring the success of multiple Uni Seoul stores throughout Pune. This position requires a blend of strategic insight, hands-on operational management, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving business objectives, optimizing store performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within the teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales performance across designated stores using data-driven strategies.
- Continuously monitor key business metrics, identifying improvement areas to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in executing promotions and product initiatives to enhance growth.
Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
- Advocate for a customer-first culture that aligns with Uni Seoul's retail philosophy.
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery and uphold brand standards across all stores.
- Manage customer feedback and escalations, building lasting loyalty.
Operational Excellence
- Supervise daily operations to maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, inventory accuracy, and proper cash management.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards to align with brand identity.
- Enhance operational efficiency while reducing shrinkage and ensuring compliance.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor Store Managers and their teams to achieve business outcomes through effective coaching.
- Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential talent, preparing them for leadership roles.
Market Insights & Expansion Support
- Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor dynamics in Pune.
- Liaise with central teams to share insights that support strategic merchandising and performance improvement.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Generate regular reports on sales productivity and operational performance metrics.
- Utilize data analytics to uncover opportunities and drive profitability.
