Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Medical Doctor to step into a Co-Founder role, which is unique and transformative, going beyond traditional clinical duties. In this leadership position, you will influence the clinical vision of our healthcare platform, collaborate with AI engineers on product development, and contribute to scaling our innovative healthcare ecosystem, particularly focused on pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership & Product Vision: Co-define the medical strategy and clinical pathways concentrating on primary health and pediatric care.
• AI + Medicine Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to train and validate AI models for symptom assessments and personalized medical advice, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Patient Care Excellence: Lead virtual consultations and oversee in-home visits while designing workflows that combine human compassion with AI efficiency.
• Product Development: Partner in creating user-friendly healthcare tools such as pediatric growth tracking and vaccination reminders.
• Regulatory & Quality: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards in India.
• Growth & Ecosystem Building: Facilitate fundraising, build partnerships with healthcare clinics, and represent Mednevo at medical conferences.
• Team & Culture: Cultivate a high-trust, innovative team culture that attracts top medical and tech talent.

Location: Open to candidates in Tamil Nadu, particularly those willing to relocate to Chennai or Thiruvananthapuram.

Salary

₹33,333 - ₹83,333 per month

Requirements

• Medical Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution (mandatory). MD/DNB Pediatrics is a strong advantage.
• Experience: 0-2 years post-MBBS (including internships or residency). Fresh graduates or final-year MD candidates encouraged to apply.
• Passion for AI & Innovation: Experience in digital health, telemedicine, or AI applications in medicine preferred.
• Pediatric Interest: Strong preference for candidates with exposure to pediatrics.
• Founder Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, ownership attitude, resilience, and excitement about building something from the ground up.
• Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, basic tech-savviness, and comfort in remote/hybrid setups.
