Role Overview

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, India. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on compensation structuring, market salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic total rewards decisions by utilizing core HR platforms and advanced data modeling. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to design competitive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring internal equity and market alignment. This role offers an opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility while contributing to impactful projects in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking, market research, and compensation structure reviews to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Perform data modeling and quantitative analysis using Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas, to support compensation decisions.
• Maintain compensation modules and ensure data integrity within HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Assist in annual merit cycles, bonus calculations, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Provide insights and recommendations on total rewards strategies based on market trends and internal data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze pay equity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
