We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own content strategy end-to-end, leveraging AI to scale high-quality content and drive growth in an AI-first SaaS startup.

About the Company

Founded by a 2X entrepreneur and two IIT-R graduates, Predis.ai is an AI SaaS product transforming how SMBs and social media marketers create content. Our AI generates ready-to-use social media posts, including image creatives and captions, from a one-liner text input or a Shopify/e-commerce product. We have grown 25X over the last few months, with over 94% of our customers being global. We are angel-funded by one of the most respected VCs in India.

Role Overview

You will own our content end-to-end: blog, product, SEO, and use AI to do it at a scale that a traditional content team couldn't match. The challenge is to move fast with AI without producing the generic content that is everywhere now. You will keep the voice and the quality bar high while shipping more content.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy: what we publish, for whom, and how it drives growth.
• Build AI-powered workflows to draft, repurpose, and scale content while keeping a hand on voice and quality.
• Own SEO: keyword and search-intent strategy, strong briefs, and content that ranks on Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Edit AI and human drafts into something sharp, useful, and clearly ours.
• Track what works - know which content drove signups, and do more of it.

Tech Stack

• AI/ML (NLP, Computer Vision) for content generation.
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
• Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or custom.
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).n- AI content tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, custom AI models).n- E-commerce integrations (Shopify API).

• A writer first. You have taste and can tell good writing from average, and fix the difference.
• Then SEO. You understand how search decides what to rank, and you've made content rank before.
• Now AI-native. AI is already part of how you work, and it's made you faster and better.
• You think in systems and would rather build a repeatable process than write every piece yourself.
• You're comfortable with numbers and tying content to results.
• You write exceptionally well in English for a global audience.
• Strong SEO expertise is essential. You should have a strong background in SEO and have experience making content rank on Google.
• Proven ranking experience is highly preferred. You should have a track record of ranking content on Google.
• Experience with international/global audiences is acceptable. You should have experience working with English-speaking audiences.
• Independent ownership is expected. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of business metrics is sufficient. You should have a basic understanding of how content connects with business/growth metrics.
• Agency background is acceptable if you have SaaS/digital clients. You should have experience working in an agency setting with SaaS/digital clients.
