Role Overview

As a Contract Design Engineer specializing in automotive plastics, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of automotive interior and exterior components. You will utilize your skills in NX software to create and optimize designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and performance requirements. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the company's vision of empowering associates to drive innovation and lead meaningful changes in various industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design automotive interior and/or exterior plastic parts leveraging prior design experience in the automotive industry.
2. Utilize NX software for the design process, ensuring all designs are functional and meet specified requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
4. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on designs to enhance quality and performance.
5. Maintain documentation related to design processes and modifications to ensure traceability and compliance.
6. Work effectively within a multicultural team, engaging with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Salary

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month

Required Qualifications
