• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, operations transformation, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies within banking or financial services
• Proven track record in F2B (Front-to-Back) operations, including trade lifecycle management, risk controls, and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping, BPMN, and tools like Visio or ARIS
• Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification preferred
