Role Overview

As a CSR Platform Coordinator at SuperHumanRace, you will sit at the intersection of corporate clients, NGO partners, and technology. You will be the primary point of contact for clients as they go live on the platform—acting as a technology-enabled program manager and trainer. You will configure the platform to mirror each client’s program structure, train their internal teams and field partners, and ensure accurate data flows for impact dashboards and CSR-2 reports. Every new client engagement follows a proprietary 12-Week Engagement Calendar covering data migration, account setup, training, and live reporting. You will own this calendar end-to-end for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Configuration & Client Onboarding: Configure client accounts by migrating project data, setting up employee accounts, and mapping programs to the client’s CSR strategy and themes. Manage the 12-Week Engagement Calendar, track milestones, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery of dashboards and CSR-2-ready reports.
• Training & Capacity Building: Train client CSR teams on platform usage, data entry workflows, and reporting features. Conduct structured sessions for NGO partners to onboard them onto the platform and maintain data quality from the field. Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and how-to guides.
• Impact Measurement & Reporting: Collect, clean, and validate impact data aligned with UN SDGs, national frameworks, and client-specific metrics. Assist in developing and refining CSR metrics across diverse program types (livelihoods, education, environment, health). Prepare and quality-check CSR-2 filings and impact reports for client submission.
• Client & Partner Success: Serve as the daily client SPOC, respond to platform queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high satisfaction. Escalate technical issues to the Product Delivery team and translate client feedback into product improvements. Build strong relationships with NGOs and implementation agencies.

0–3 years of experience in CSR coordination, program management, or NGO administration; comfort with digital tools and data analysis; strong communication skills in English and Hindi/local language preferred.
