Role Overview

The Data Modelling Developer role is a critical position within the US Data team. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, enjoying the challenge of diving deep into datasets to construct predictive models aimed at enhancing customer targeting for direct mail and outbound telemarketing initiatives. This role, based in Chennai, India, will involve hybrid working with opportunities for regular interaction with teams across the US and in Chennai. The successful applicant will utilize in-house demographics and data attributes to assist in accurately targeting customers for promotions that will drive growth in the US Direct Wines sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive data models using R to improve customer targeting strategies.
• Query large datasets effectively via SQL Server to extract actionable insights.
• Develop dynamic Power BI reports to visualize data and drive decision-making processes.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of various data structures to optimize model development and implementation.
• Mentor and expand the skill sets of fellow team members through knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications
