Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions on data science concepts, tools, and methodologies to a diverse audience ranging from fresh graduates to mid-career professionals. You will be responsible for designing and updating course content, guiding learners through end-to-end projects, and providing mentorship that helps them transition into data science roles. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in data science and machine learning, excellent presentation skills, and a genuine interest in teaching. This position offers flexibility in work hours (full-time or part-time) and the opportunity to shape the next generation of data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and practical data science training sessions (online and in-person).
• Develop and deliver curriculum covering Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, deep learning, and data visualization.
• Explain complex technical concepts using real-world examples and use cases.
• Design assignments, assessments, and hands-on projects that mirror industry challenges.
• Guide students through complete data science project lifecycles, from data cleaning to model deployment.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Offer interview preparation and technical career guidance.
• Continuously update training content to align with current industry trends and tools.
• Address student queries and conduct doubt-solving sessions.
• Maintain high training standards and keep students engaged throughout the program.

2+ years experience in Data Science / Data Analytics / Machine Learning; strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts; prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred; hands-on experience with real-world projects; flexible to conduct online and classroom sessions.
