We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent turnkey engineering software projects at CCTech. You will manage 4-8 projects across CAD/BIM, Cloud, Data & AI, or Digital Twin domains, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent turnkey engineering software projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical program management, client relationship management, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect. The ideal candidate has managed multiple software/product engineering projects simultaneously in a services or turnkey delivery environment. This is a senior leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth IT services organization.

10–15 years total experience in software/IT services, with at least 4–6 years as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager / Senior Project Manager managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience delivering turnkey/fixed-scope software engineering projects for global (US/Europe) clients. Strong understanding of software engineering practices — Agile/Scrum, DevOps, QA/testing, cloud deployment (AWS preferred). Experience managing engineering/CAD/BIM/CFD/simulation software projects (domain exposure to Autodesk Platform Services, PLM/BIM, or engineering simulation preferred but not mandatory). Demonstrated ability to manage P&L/margins for projects, including resource planning, estimation, and utilization tracking. Excellent client-facing communication skills; experience handling escalations and steering committee discussions with senior stakeholders. Strong people leadership — managing and growing teams of 30–100+ engineers across multiple projects. PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / SAFe certification preferred. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
