Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for automating operational processes and ensuring smooth deployment across multiple environments, including test, staging, and production. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring and troubleshooting production environments to optimize resources and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Architects, Developers, and Management to align DevOps practices with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy products successfully in test, stage, and production environments.
• Automate manual operations and streamline deployment processes for consistency and predictability.
• Monitor production environments for system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure the company’s SOC 2 readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ongoing DevOps needs and improvements.

Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month

Requirements

• Experience: 2 - 4 years in a product-based company as a DevOps Engineer.
• Education: BE/MCA/M Tech.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in CI tools like Jenkins, with experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) and automation tools such as Terraform.
• Proficient in deploying and monitoring SaaS-based solutions.
• Experience in managing large-scale production systems, including load balancers, monitoring/logging, and configuration management.
• Strong automation and scripting skills.
• Exposure to Linux, Git, Kubernetes, and Containers.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
