Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and AI-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing cross-channel digital marketing initiatives designed to foster business growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Copywriting

   • Develop engaging and customer-focused content for various platforms, including blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
   • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency in brand messaging across channels.

2. SEO & Performance Marketing

   • Execute technical SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and manage website audits to enhance search visibility.
   • Optimize and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, including A/B testing for performance enhancement.

3. Analytics & Marketing Automation

   • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
   • Leverage AI tools for competitor research and content ideation, and build marketing automation workflows using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

4. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

   • Design targeted email campaigns and automated customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
   • Conduct performance optimization through segmentation and testing.

5. Collaboration

   • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless execution of high-performing campaigns and project delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or related specialization is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in managing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, WordPress, Elementor, and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
  • Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and Midjourney.
• Other Skills:
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones (UK and India).
