Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in enhancing our online visibility and driving our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to attract and engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content, including posts, banners, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve brand visibility.
• Manage the company website and coordinate updates with the web development team.
• Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
• Design email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for product promotions and lead generation.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Salary

₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and tools
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning
• Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Creative thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
