Role Overview

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of electrical projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, managing site operations, liaising with consultants and clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed within the set quality parameters and timelines. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with significant experience in electrical contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of HT and LT electrical projects on-site.
• Monitor daily project activities to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Facilitate communication among Architects, Electrical Consultants, Clients, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Supervise site engineers and subcontractors, overseeing manpower deployment.
• Prepare measurement sheets, manage running bills, and handle final billing documentation.
• Keep as-built drawings and project documentation organized and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all site-related activities, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to all quality standards and safety protocols on-site.
• Track project schedules, material availability, and overall work progress to report to the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of project-related activities.

Candidate Profile

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution. The ideal candidate should be self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to manage site coordination effectively. A willingness to travel to various project sites is also crucial.

Salary

• Monthly Salary: ₹29,167 - ₹58,333 per month (₹3.5 LPA - ₹7 LPA, negotiable for the right candidate)

Requirements

• Education: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in electrical project execution, particularly in contracting or turnkey projects.
• Knowledge: HT & LT Electrical Systems, project documentation, and billing.
• Skills: Strong communication, planning, team management, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Other: Willingness to travel and the ability to work independently in site coordination.
