Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Manager to lead and scale our electronics manufacturing operations in Noida. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring 4–6 years of experience in industrial electronics production, preferably within instrumentation, flow metering, or IoT hardware manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, team leadership, process optimization, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle—from component sourcing and assembly through testing and final inspection—for our range of flow meters, smart meters, and IoT devices. This role offers the opportunity to shape the manufacturing foundation of a fast-growing deep-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electronics production and manufacturing operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
• Set up, standardize, and continuously optimize production processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee electronics assembly, in-circuit testing, functional testing, quality checks, and final inspection stages.
• Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, manage materials inventory, and coordinate with vendors for components and consumables.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities specifically for flow meters, smart water meters, and IoT-based electronic products.
• Support flow-meter calibration, testing, and validation processes to meet accuracy and regulatory standards.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) by collaborating with engineering teams to transition designs to volume production.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Identify production bottlenecks and deploy corrective and preventive actions using root cause analysis.
• Liaise with QA/QC, engineering, procurement, and certification teams to maintain product integrity.
• Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements (BIS, Legal Metrology, NABL, ISO 17025).
• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quality and output targets.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in electronics production, electronics manufacturing, or industrial electronics manufacturing.
• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in industrial electronics, instrumentation, flow meters, smart meters, industrial sensors, or IoT hardware products.
• Experience in production planning, team handling, and manufacturing operations.
• Practical exposure to electronics assembly, testing, quality inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to calibration and testing of flow meters or instrumentation products will be preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing setup and NPI/process improvement will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing documentation.
